Grant & RFP Desk

Grant applications and RFP responses scored against the funder's rubric before a reviewer ever sees them.

The split

LLM writes
Rewrites weak sections using the evidence provided
System One decides
Scores each rubric criterion, eligibility, readiness and unsupported claims
Code executes
Checks word limits, deadlines, links and attachments

Engine

The brain scores the draft against every rubric criterion in one pass and names the weakest three; an LLM rewrites those sections with the evidence you supplied.

Rulebook

What correct means here, and the mistakes we've already caught. It grows one job at a time.

  1. R01Every number links to evidence: a dashboard, an explorer link, a repo or a signed letter.
  2. R02Milestones are dated, measurable and tied to budget lines.
  3. R03We never invent traction, users or partners; missing evidence becomes a milestone instead.
  4. R04Use the funder's language for their priorities, but never paste their text back at them.
  5. R05Conflict rule: no applications to programs where anyone on our team reviews or allocates funds.
