Engine
Built on Supermemory's open-sourced company-brain harness (Apache-2.0, Cloudflare Agents SDK). We move its triage, turn gate and approval classifier onto a System One model: 18 typed questions per message in one ~0.3 s call, with the LLM kept for anything it isn't sure of. Your model and infrastructure costs (about $150–300/month for a 30-person team) are billed to your own accounts.
Rulebook
What correct means here, and the mistakes we've already caught. It grows one job at a time.
- R01Silence is a valid outcome: an investigation that finds nothing posts nothing.
- R02Private channels and DMs never leak into shared answers; memory is scoped per channel and person.
- R03Anything that emails a customer, moves money or deletes data waits for an Approve click.
- R04A newer message that replaces the request stops the old work instead of finishing it.
- R05Live facts (issue status, balances, deploys) come from the connected app, not from memory.
