Video Desk

One long recording in; captioned clips, a trailer, chapters and a tighter cut out, and you approve every clip.

The split

LLM writes
Writes titles, post copy and chapter names
System One decides
Scores each candidate moment: hook, payoff, stands alone, kind, money claims, private details
Code executes
Transcribes, cuts on word timings, removes pauses and fillers, reframes, captions, levels audio, checks lengths

Engine

Code transcribes the recording with word timings (Whisper), cuts it into candidate moments on sentence boundaries and finds the pauses and fillers; the decision brain scores every moment for hook, payoff and whether it stands alone, and flags money claims and private details; code reframes to 9:16, burns in captions, levels the audio and renders; an LLM writes titles, post copy and chapter names.

Rulebook

What correct means here, and the mistakes we've already caught. It grows one job at a time.

  1. R01A clip starts on the first word of a sentence and ends on the last word of a finished thought; code snaps every cut to word timings.
  2. R02Cuts remove pauses, fillers and retakes, never words that change what was said. A trailer may reorder whole sentences but never splices words into new ones.
  3. R03A person checks names, products and numbers in the captions against the client's glossary before a clip ships; the glossary also goes into the transcriber's prompt.
  4. R04Money, health or legal claims, and private details said aloud (phone numbers, addresses, seed phrases), go to a person before a clip ships, whatever its score.
  5. R05Guests appear only in clips from recordings they agreed to publish.
  6. R06Music, B-roll and logos come only from the client's own library or licensed sources.
  7. R07Clips run 140 seconds or less, so one file posts to X without Premium, Shorts, Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn (research/video-editing.md).
  8. R08Audio is measured in code: -14 LUFS integrated and a true peak at or under -1 dBTP in the delivered file.
  9. R09The client approves every clip and posts it; we never post from a client's account.
